After Graduation

Alumnae of our chapter, known as Pi members, go on to pursue a diverse range of careers and post graduate plans. From medical school to master’s degrees, from Deloitte to Lionsgate, from Carnegie Hall to the Library of Congress. Our sisters can be found across the globe and just down the street, but they can always call the Pi Palace home.

Opportunities for Engagement

Founder's Day

Each spring we celebrate Alpha Delta Pi’s founding with an afternoon tea reception. At this time our graduating seniors also go through Jewel Degree, a final ceremony marking their transition of Pi members. ADPis of all ages also join together to support Ronald McDonald House Charities, at their annual Los Angeles charity walk. This is a unique and special time for sisters to mingle and celebrate our sorority. This year’s Founder’s Celebration is scheduled for April 2, 2017.

Alumnae Tea

Every Fall we invite alumnae into our home to reconnect with their collegiate sisters and alma mater. This event provides an opportunity to show off our new alpha class and share memories with ADPis old and new. Luckily, to help facilitate Trojan spirit, we coordinate our Alumnae Tea with a major USC football game. This year’s Alumnae Tea is scheduled for September 10, 2017, the weekend of USC’s matchup with Stanford.

“Adulting 101”

In November we invite alumnae back to the Pi Palace to network and exchange ideas with our collegiate members. Bringing in professionals from all industries – entertainment, design, education and more – this is a fabulous opportunity to create contacts in the professional world. This past year we had women from companies including Paramount Pictures, Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft, NPR, DreamWorks Animation, Los Angeles United School District, and many more!
